Bosco objectives were to masterplan for the food and beverage provision of the Wedding hall, balancing the provision of a suitable amenity for wedding guests as well as complementing the venue. Due to proximity to established high end food & beverage provisions, a comprehensive strategy was needed to ascertain clear differentiation for the site to ensure commercial viability in this highly competitive and robust food & beverage landscape.
